Abdullah Gül University International Relations Office Coordinator Lecturer Nimet Bulut and Lecturer Levent Demir attended the 7th Eurasia Higher Education Summit (EURIE) this year.
Within the scope of the summit, which was held with the slogan "EURIE unites the continents in education", issues such as internationalization in higher education, innovation, quality assurance, international education and research programs, international mobility and sustainability were discussed by high-level representatives of different institutions from around the world. More than 50 panels were held at the event with the participation of 154 speakers, face-to-face and virtually.
The summit, which was opened at Halit Aydın Campus of Istanbul Aydın University in Florya, was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mehmet Kasapoğlu, President of Foreign Economic Relations (DEİK) Nail Olpak, Chairman of the Board of Turkish Airlines Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Ahmet Misbah Demircan, Chairman of the Higher Education Planning, Supervision, Accreditation and Coordination Board (YODAK). Dr. Turgay Avcı, Chairman of EURAS and EURIE Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Rectors, Academicians and many students attended.
Representatives of AGU Lecturer Nimet Bulut and Lecturer Levent Demir met with representatives of more than 20 institutions and held cooperation talks.
